If you need to reschedule please contact us ASAP; your deposit will be applied to your new appointment this 2022 holiday season (pending availability)
If there is a schedule issue within our company you will be notified 2 weeks or more prior to the date of your existing appointment. We will correct the issue and make proper accommodations. If we fail to notify our customers in a timely manner we will issue full refund of the deposit.

Each visit with Santa is per family unit. If you would like this experience with extended family and/or friends please book 2 appointments back to back. If you are having difficulty getting 2 appointments together please call us on (908) 617-1055
We have 4 Santa's on rotation. All Santa's are subject to change. Santa is a prop that can be changed. No specific Santa is guaranteed. You may contact us and try for a specific Santa, however due to personal reasons, emergency etc. they may not be available.
